“There are so many good things I can say about True Health Fitness. The owner is extremely involved and creates exercise programs for me and my wife to do at home. All the exercises done were made for ME… not ‘one-size-fits-all’ programs made for someone else. The Personal Training at the Studio is freaking fantastic. The Staff are experienced and so great! Seeing Tanya keeps me accountable, motivated and on track.
I came to see Tanya because I was out of shape, short of breath and had a sore lower back. My wife and I do ‘Couples training’ at the Studio and it is a lot of fun. Within 8 weeks I lost a majority of my weight. I can keep up with my daily activities and my back feels amazing! I enjoy BMX riding. “I am totally impressed with my before and after pictures. I am going to blow them up to wall size and hang them in my gym for inspiration! I’m happy to say that I love working hard and I continue to make my way downstairs every night to do my workout because I fear you, Tanya! I am mighty impressed with my new physique! Just to let you know that I am feeling pretty good these days. I am definitely feeling better and I do find myself with more energy in my daily routines. I am sleeping better at night. My wife is concerned because I have stopped snoring. She has to prod me to make sure that I am still breathing and alive!! Only one complaint. “I have lost weight, much to my delight, and my jeans now fit me, so I don’t have to go and buy a new wardrobe! My goal was to put a bathing suit on this summer. I WILL be putting on that bathing suit! You have been very helpful and informative in answering my questions about food, exercise and weight loss. I notice that my energy level is improving. It’s funny but when you feel better about yourself, other people notice. I can definitely say my confidence has been boosted and I am enjoying dressing like a “girly” again! I love my exercise regime and I am pleasantly surprised how flexible I still am (after not having worked out for 3 years) and how I am able to do my routine without giving up. I don’t dislike anything about it. Basically, my overall experience has been one surprise after another… Surprised, I could actually do the routine without stopping. As an elite mountain biker- losing excess weight improved my speed, endurance, stamina and strength.
Jason’s stellar performance proved to enhance his performance during race day for Squamish’s “TEST OF METAL” (a 67-kilometre course with over 1,200 meters of climbing and 35 kilometers of single-track)
Average race time is anywhere from 3 to 7 hours. Jason’s Completion time was an impressive 3 hours & 29 minutes!!
“I have been working out with several Professional Trainers for about 20 years. Although my other trainers were good and although I have learned from all of them, Tanya is superior by far! Her enthusiasm spills over to me and makes me want to stick with the program. For the first time, I have seen REAL progress. What I like best about Tanya is that every time I meet with her, the routine is different. I never know what I am going to be doing and that makes it interesting and enjoyable! “I am happy with the quick results… losing 12 inches in the first 3 weeks was so exciting for me. I’m also happy with how much more energy I have! I think the studio is fantastic. It is comfortable, inviting and friendly… absolutely no complaints! I am really enjoying my exercises at the studio.
